On 6th June 2023, China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (hereafter referred to CECCM) Vice President and President of the Construction Branch,Mr Lyu En led four committee members of Construction Branch to hold a meeting with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).
During the exchange session, committees from Construction Branch shared their views, opinions, and suggestions on difficulties and challenges faced in construction projects, including procedures for purchasing construction materials, requirements for applying material certificates, and contract disputes.
Both parties engaged in fruitful discussions and reached a consensus to assist more China construction companies to gain a deeper understanding of Act 520 and other laws and regulations, enhancing members’ professional awareness, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulatory provisions, and preventing illegal activities.
